This philosophy was instilled in Jon Shafran while working on large development projects as a Project Manager under the guidance of two of Hudson Valley´s most respected homebuilders - Rubin Shafran, his father, and Robert Hankin. Jon created JK Development Corp. in 1990 and has carried on these ideas in his own companies' successful ventures.

Jon and his wife/business partner, Karen, live in Orange County and take pride in the their family business.
